I spent seven years as curator of exhibitions at the Maria V. Howard Arts Center in Rocky Mount, NC and several previous years in collections management at other institutions. I enjoy working directly with artists to create the strongest possible presentation of their work within the selected gallery. With nine galleries at my disposal in Rocky Mount, I focused on the diversity of media, culture, and exploration by artists from all over the United States and also Japan, Belgium, and Sweden.
For Organizations, I offer solo artist or thematic group selections for your space. This service includes all professional contracts, organized shipping, and fee negotiations to make the experience agreeable for artist comfortable and the organization.
